June Hunt, the Founder of the ministry, Hope for the Heart, believes that God desires to give you hope as you face life’s toughest challenges. Each week night at 11 on Hope in the Night, June offers biblical hope and practical help for everyday problems. The ministry has also developed Keys for Living – print and digital resources to help make sense of issues such as abuse, forgiveness, identity and stress. “Keys unlock doors,” said June. “We all have, at times, doors that are locked. Hope for the Heart has keys that are biblical.”
KCBI and Hope for the Heart/Hope in the Night share a rich history. KCBI had the honor of being the flagship station for the broadcast ministry of Hope for the Heart when it began in 1986. Thirty-three years later, we continue to partner together, as listeners find hope to see beyond their circumstances through the ministry of June Hunt and Hope in the Night.
“That’s why Hope for the Heart exists,” said June. “Because He heals the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
Hope in the Night is offering weekly prizes, booklets by June hunt on the topics of Self-Worth, Forgiveness, Depression and Anger, and a grand prize – a set of Hope for the Heart coasters and mugs, a Biblical Counseling Library and a Counseling Through Your Bible Handbook, this month.
